The Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Final Phase of the MIDORI PARK HARUKA Garden House Project
On October 28, BECAMEX TOKYU Co., Ltd., together with the main contractor Kien Dai Phat Company, officially held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Final Phase of the MIDORI PARK HARUKA Garden House Project at MIDORI PARK SQUARE, with handovers expected to begin in November 2027. The event marks a significant milestone in the development roadmap of the MIDORI PARK area, further realizing BECAMEX TOKYU’s mission to construct a modern living environment adhering to Japanese standards in Binh Duong New City.
Contribution to the development of MIDORI PARK area
The MIDORI PARK HARUKA Garden House project (referred to as “HARUKA”) has been developed through strategic planned phases since 2017. In this final phase, BECAMEX TOKYU is constructing 22 low-rise houses, bringing the total scale of HARUKA to 241 units upon completion. Construction is scheduled to finish in October 2027, with handovers expected to begin in November 2027.
Designed to deliver a luxurious and private living experience seamlessly integrated with nature, each home features a 1-ground-floor and 3-upper-floor layout with 3 bedrooms, situated on land areas ranging from 300m2 to 320m2. Furthermore, every residence is thoughtfully equipped with its own private parking space and private garden.
The commencement of these final 22 units not only marks the completion of the HARUKA project master plan, but also further enriches the ongoing transformation of the MIDORI PARK area - a vibrant destination continuously evolving to integrate residential networks with comprehensive commercial and lifestyle amenities.
BECAMEX TOKYU’s commitment to elevating regional value
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Hirata Shuji, General Director of BECAMEX TOKYU, looked back on the proud 10-year development journey of the MIDORI PARK, from a quiet, vacant land in 2016 into a potential area with many large-scale residential projects and famous brands from the center of Ho Chi Minh city. He also shared that the defining feature of HARUKA lies in its ability to offer a completely peaceful and tranquil lifestyle the moment residents step into the project's precinct, even while nestled in the heart of a vibrant and amenity-rich urban area.
To date, BECAMEX TOKYU has delivered approximately 3,000 high-quality apartments and residential units to the market. Completing the master plan for the MIDORI PARK area - at a time when Binh Duong New City is being positioned to become the “Science & Technology Urban Area North of Ho Chi Minh City,” alongside breakthrough advancements in infrastructure - stands as a testament to BECAMEX TOKYU’s commitment to continuously creating new values and developing an ever-evolving city that fulfills the high-quality housing demands of TOKYU Garden City residents.
